The providers of AgLands Family Health are excited to work with patients and families to achieve and maintain healthcare goals.

 

Our staff offers an array of primary care services and can help with access to specialists throughout Colorado. Schedule an appointment with our providers for wellness, chronic disease management or acute injuries or illness. Our providers also offer school and occupational physicals. The providers are excited to continue to work with patients in the region for the best outcomes.

Caitlin Philpy, NP-C
 

Caitlin Philpy was born and raised in Eads, Colorado. She went to college at Regis University,
where she studied nursing, graduating in 2009. From there she worked in multiple areas to gain
knowledge of chronic and acute disease processes. She earned her family nurse practitioner
degree from Regis University in 2018. She has twenty years of experience in the healthcare
field. Prior to relocation to Otero County, Caitlin worked in a level two trauma center in the
Denver Metro area caring for critically ill patients. She has spent the last four years working as a
nurse practitioner in the local community caring for patients with multiple ailments. Caitlin has a
particular interest in women’s health and chronic disease prevention. In her free time, she
enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and outdoor biking.

Missouri Krantz, NP-C
​

Missouri Krantz was raised south of La Junta, Colorado on a cattle ranch. A graduate of La Junta High School and Otero College prior to completing a bachelor nursing program at Colorado State University- Pueblo and subsequent master’s program at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2016. Missouri has worked in long-term care, the emergency department and in outpatient clinic settings prior to serving as a primary care provider in the area for the last six years. Missouri enjoys working with patients to achieve healthcare goals and has a passion for the unique needs of rural healthcare. Missouri is married to her husband Joey and together they have three wonderful children. In her free time, Missouri enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors with their livestock, volunteering and coaching with local athletes, hunting, golfing and running.
